What is the Employer Services Network (ESN)?

A key project of CASIP is our Employer Services Network (ESN).  CASIP’s ESN provides FREE human resources and recruitment services to businesses in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The advantage of the Employer Services Network (ESN) for employers is that it offers a single coordinated access point to the HR resources of our agencies.  And we offer a diverse and qualified talent pool of skilled newcomers from across industry and operational sectors.

ESN’s key function is simple:  

• We work with employers to determine their talent needs;
• We work with internationally-trained candidates to ensure they’re screened, language-enhanced, quality-checked and job-ready;
• Then we help match the right candidates to fulfill the employer’s job requirements. 

And we do all this at no cost to you, thanks to funding by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
